At KLIQPC.IN, we are committed to providing quality PC components and accessories. As a growing startup, we follow a transparent and fair return and refund process, which is managed in accordance with applicable policies by KLIQPC.IN (Bytechub Technologies India Private Limited.) Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- The product must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Physical damage, burnt components, liquid damage, or broken parts
- Items with missing serial numbers or warranty stickers
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (unless defective)
- Software, digital products, or downloadable items
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products
- If a product is found dead on arrival, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- DOA claims will be verified by our technical team.
- After verification, the product will be replaced or refunded, depending on availability.
Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order number and issue details.
- Share images or videos if requested for verification.(When You Open Product)
- Once approved, the product must be securely packed and returned.
- After inspection, the return will be processed accordingly.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 3 to 5 Working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Warranty Claims
- Warranty claims are handled as per the Manufacturer’s warranty policy.
- Customers may be required to contact the authorized service center.
- Physical damage & Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
- The final decision regarding refunds or replacements rests with us.
- Policy is subject to change without prior notice.
